The introduction of the new customer management system will help in the future to see a complete history of customers’ purchasing behaviour and, accordingly, make personalised offers. The system also allows customers to be identified based on a mobile loyalty card. The goal is to create and grow a loyal customer base. The company’s competitiveness will increase, as we will be able to offer special deals to loyal customers, similarly to our competitors. Since the entire system is automated, the time spent by employees is minimal. As a new system, it helps to modernise the company’s processes. As a result, customers can be identified using a mobile loyalty card, through which discounts can be offered. The system creates a purchase behaviour history, based on which personalised and effective offers can be made. The self-service terminal allows customers to purchase products or services without standing in a queue and with less time spent. Co-financed by the European Union. Implementation and deployment of the IDeaS revenue management and pricing system by Centennial Hospitality OÜ, including the required integrations. The IDeaS revenue management and pricing system helps optimize room rates, booking conditions, and inventory. The system analyses real-time market data, demand, and competitors’ pricing, and generates optimal rates for different room types and sales channels in order to maximise revenue. The implementation of the IDeaS system helps the company offer customers up-to-date rates and booking conditions around the clock, while automating the manual work currently carried out within the company. The company plans to continue using the system, as it continuously learns and develops sophisticated demand forecasts that the company will be able to use on an ongoing basis for future budgeting.
